Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Esoteric Viking website and services, including the free Birth Rune Calculator and the Monthly Norse Fate Story subscription. By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

The Free Birth Rune Reading
The Birth Rune Calculator is a free service. You enter your birthdate and, optionally, your first name. In exchange for your email address, you receive a personalized reading based on the Norse cosmological calendar system.
The free reading is delivered to the email address you provide. By submitting your email address, you agree to receive the reading and a three-email sequence over the following seven days introducing the Monthly Norse Fate Story subscription. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
The free reading and all paid content are provided for personal reflection and cultural exploration. They are based on an interpretation of Norse cosmological tradition and are not a substitute for professional advice of any kind — medical, financial, legal, or psychological.
The Monthly Norse Fate Story Subscription
The Monthly Norse Fate Story is a recurring digital subscription. Upon subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable monthly fee:
- United States and international subscribers: $9.99 USD per month
- Brazilian subscribers: R$29.90 BRL per month
Your subscription begins on the date of your first payment. Subsequent payments are charged on the same day of each following month. Payment is processed through Stripe (international) or Hotmart (Brazil). By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on this recurring basis until you cancel.
Your Monthly Norse Fate Story is delivered via email on or before the first of each calendar month. Subscribers who join mid-month receive a pro-rated story covering the weeks that remain in the current month, delivered within 24 hours of subscription.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time, with no penalty and no questions asked. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
To cancel, visit the subscriber portal linked in every Monthly Story email, or contact us at hello@esotericviking.com. Cancellations requested by email are processed within two business days.
Cancelling your subscription removes your access to future sagas. It does not delete your account or remove you from our email list — to request email removal, unsubscribe using the link in any email we have sent you.
Refund Policy
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee on your first month. If your first Monthly Norse Fate Story does not feel personally specific and meaningful to your Viking sign, contact us within seven days of receipt of your first story and we will refund your first month in full — no forms, no delay, no negotiation.
After the first month, subscription fees are non-refundable. The Monthly Norse Fate Story is a digital product delivered immediately upon the start of each month. Once delivered, the content of that month has been received and is not eligible for a refund.
If a saga is not delivered due to a technical error on our end, we will either redeliver the saga or issue a pro-rated credit for the affected month.
Digital Product Delivery
All Esoteric Viking content — including the free Birth Rune reading and the Monthly Norse Fate Story — is delivered digitally via email. Delivery requires a valid, working email address.
We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by:
- An invalid or mistyped email address provided at sign-up
- Email spam or junk filters blocking our messages
- Your email inbox being full or inaccessible
If you do not receive your reading or saga within 24 hours of the expected delivery time, contact us at hello@esotericviking.com and we will redeliver it.
Nature of the Content — Important Notice
Esoteric Viking provides interpretive content based on an approach to Norse cosmological tradition. All readings and sagas are written for personal reflection and cultural exploration.
Our content does not constitute and should not be interpreted as:
- Medical advice or health guidance of any kind
- Financial advice or investment guidance
- Legal advice
- Psychological or therapeutic counselling
- A guarantee of any outcome, event, or circumstance
References to traditional Norse correlations with health, body, or wellbeing in our readings reflect cultural and traditional content, not medical claims. If you have a health concern, please consult a qualified medical professional.
Intellectual Property
All content produced by Esoteric Viking — including readings, sagas, website copy, and design — is the intellectual property of Esoteric Viking and may not be reproduced, shared commercially, or distributed without written permission.
Your personal reading and monthly saga are written for you specifically. You are welcome to share excerpts for personal, non-commercial purposes, with attribution to Esoteric Viking.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Esoteric Viking's services to:
- Access, scrape, or reproduce our content in bulk for commercial purposes
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the methods used to generate readings
- Submit false information to manipulate reading results
- Use our services in any way that violates applicable law
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Esoteric Viking's liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid in subscription fees in the three months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — our services.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we will notify active subscribers by email at least seven days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of our services after a change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction of the operator's place of business. For disputes not resolved through direct contact, applicable consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
